Reception have fun on World Book Day

What a wonderful day we had yesterday on World Book Day!
We began our day by joining with the whole school for our parade. The children loved seeing the amazing costumes on display and enjoyed seeing their friends from other year groups.
In the afternoon we tried book tasting. We each shared a book with a friend; explaining what it was about and who the main character was. We then played pass the parcel with the books!
The children's costumes were amazing and they spoke about who they were brilliantly!
