Off with his head!

Today in the Horrible Histories Club we went back in time to the Tudor period.
We learnt that during the reign of King Henry VIII, the noblemen found a unique way of passing bad news on to the king. They made the court jester tell him!
The children were asked to create their own jester's hat and then to think of a novel way to pass bad news on to the King. Some tried funny actions and dances, some tried jokes, some even tried to flatter him!
Our King (who was very fierce!) showed that he could take the bad news...sometimes!
