Harvest gifts
We would like to say a huge thank you for your response to our Harvest Festival food collection this morning. The generosity shown is amazing and we have collected an enormous amount of food that will be a blessing to many local, vulnerable individuals and groups.
Our Year 5 children shared the story behind Harvest brilliantly, and brought our attention to the importance of helping those less fortunate. With the donations from our children and families the school will be able to help those in need in Brentford.
Some of our items are currently on display within school and in addition to this tabletop of items, there were multiple other boxes, full to the brim. Our Year 6 School Council Members helped to create a Harvest display. It is a testament to our school family that we are able to come together to help others. It was also lovely to be able to celebrate Harvest together after a difficult 18 months.
Thank you again for all of your donations. We will update you further when food packages have been distributed in the local area.
