Finishing Touches
We have all been watching the redevelopment of the St Paul's Recreation Ground ball area with some excitement. The Friends of St Paul's Rec, the local authority and their contracting teams have been working over the last few weeks to transform the ball court. The new fencing, tarmac, pathways and ball court area are all in place. This morning some of our older junior children joined the team from Blakedown Landscapes and Lampton 360 to complete the planting. Our children put in a range of shrubs, some spring bulbs and even planted one of the trees. It was hard work, in the cold. However we all enjoyed adding the final touches to this exciting project. Some of the pupils said that they intend to visit every day to look after the plants that they planted today!
