Last half term, we went to Indian Gymkana to play in the Borough Cricket Tournament. There were lots of teams there (5 groups of 4 teams) with the top 2 going through to the knockout stages. In our group, we played against Southville, Bedfont and Isleworth Town. Our first match was against Southville and we won! Gabby scored a 6 and I got a few 4s. Then we played Isleworth Town and we should have won but they somehow scored 6 runs on the last ball to win but their players all played for teams outside of school so we weren’t too disappointed. We needed to win the last game to go through but sadly we didn’t manage it. We tried as hard as we could and overall it was a really fun day. Thanks to Mr Horry and Mr Whitfield for taking us.
