Nursery got to the shops

This week, as part of our learning about our local area and beyond, the nursery class went to visit Brentford High Street. We talked about the different businesses which are found there and what they do. The lady in Quillam Estate Agents gave us all keyrings and showed us the doll's house in their window. We were invited in to visit the Specsaver Opticians, where the children heard about how important it is to get your eyes checked regularly and got to see some of equipment used during eye tests.
