Celebrating Windrush Day

Last Thursday 2B celebrated Windrush Day as this year marks the 75th anniversary of the first 'Windrush Generation' disembarking the ship MV Empire Windrush in Tilbury. To mark this day, the children learnt about the importance of this day and they then used charcoals to sketch the HMT Empire Windrush.
