Good roots run deep

To end a fantastic Victorian Week, we were visited this afternoon by Headmaster Wright, who was so impressed by the children that he brought mini Victoria Sponge cakes for each of the children. (Thankfully I managed to get photos of the children with their cakes before they were devoured!) They were very much enjoyed by the children along with some orange squash as they listened to a reading of a mystery novel set in Victorian London.
