Good roots run deep

As part of their learning based around the nursery rhyme Incy Wincy Spider the nursery children have made spiders from a number of different media including paper, card, pipe cleaners, multi link cubes and playdough. By far their favourite however was the spiders they made from biscuits, icing and sweets. The children carefully spread the green icing onto the biscuit before adding chocolate bean eyes and strawberry lace legs. The children were very excited to show their parents what they had made and were very keen to eat their creations.
