Year 6 in the Festive Spirit

Year 6 really enjoyed their Christmas parties yesterday. The day began by making decorations (including some huge paper chains!) and after lunch the children returned to a decorated, set up classroom. We played a range of games in the school hall; musical statues became very competitive, and the children (and teachers) also showed off some of their best dance moves!
After the games we returned to our own classrooms where we enjoyed listening to Music, playing some smaller games, chatting and eating some delicious food. A big thank you for all of the donations to the party food and drink- it really does make it a special day.
