Good roots run deep

Year 5H have absolutely loved researching our new artist Georges Seurat. The children learned about ‘pointillism’ which is using lots of colours from many small dots placed so close to each other that they would blur into an image to the eye. The image is usually clear, but we have to look a little closer some times. The dot size can really change how we perceive a painting. The children loved completing their research and did this very maturely!
