Writing Week

This term the took children took part in a variety of activities to encourage their love for writing. To start the week they all imagined that they had entered a time machine and wrote very imaginative narratives. Whilst, at break times they were set the challenge of matching the word with its origin and meaning. The KS2 children also had the opportunity to take part in a workshop with the author Josh Lacey.
Finally to end the week the children celebrated the excellent writing they had achieved in a celebration assembly.
