Nursery visit the church

Today the Nursery class went to visit St Paul's church. The children were very excited to get out of the classroom and visit somewhere new. Some of the children in the class attend the church and were able to talk to the others about services and christenings. Chris and Luke from the church talked to us about how the church is used and what Sunday services involve. Luke taught us an action worship song which the children really enjoyed joining in with. They showed us around the church building and explained about the organ, the altar, the font and the chapel area where the children were very interested in the stained glass window.
