Making Music with the Military

Last week three of our Junior brass players joined pupils from across Hounslow on a visit to the Army Band in Sandhurst. The visit was arranged by Hounslow Music Service and offered a great opportunity to work with professional musicians in Sandhurst, the army training college. The pupils were identified by our peripatetic music tutors after taking up brass at school. One of the pupils who attended the trip now wants to take up the clarinet!
