Good roots run deep

​Yesterday was Curriculum Enrichment Day for us. The children were very excited and we had an amazing day. We started off by meeting Steve the clown. He showed us some wonderful magic and circus tricks. We then learnt about the circus and completed various circus themed activities. For one activity, the children were asked to imagine that they are in the circus. They then sketched themselves in a circus scene and used pastels to add colour. In the afternoon, we were able to take part in a variety of circus activities. Some of these activities included; spinning plates, juggling sticks and balls, walking on stilts and stacking cups. We ended the day making our own split pin acrobats together.
