Good roots run deep

In our Art lessons 6L have been learning about the painter, Georges Seurat. He used a technique called Pointillism, using dots of different colours to build up the image. We have explored some of his river paintings and today had a go at Pointillism ourselves, creating colour strips.

I was really impressed with the focus and enthusiasm of the class, and their technique had definitely developed by the end of the lesson. We are now looking forward to some more painting next week!
