5/6L explore the past

Today we began our new Topic, ‘Surviving the Blitz’ in 5/6L. The children explored various artefacts in their groups, considering what each item was; how it might have been used, and who might have used it. There were some interesting theories shared and it was a great way to begin our learning this half term. We are now enthusiastic to find out more about life in World War II.
