The Big Bad Wolf Moves Out!

On Thursday, Reception came into class to find a letter from a very cross Big Bad Wolf!
Having spent time learning about the stories of Little Red Riding Hood and the Three Little Pigs, the wolf was unhappy that the children hadn't been told the truth. He decided that enough was enough and moved out into the garden, where he had made himself a very cosy den.
The children were fascinated by the signs he had put up and were keen to hear his side of the story. They listened to 'The True Story of the Three Little Pig's' and discussed whether they believed the wolf when he said he didn't blow the houses down and that he sneezed. (They didn't!)
They then created their own signs and labels and made new houses for the pigs.
