6KL’s first week: Symbols of Forgiveness

6KL have really enjoyed being back together this week and looking ahead to our learning for the rest of the term.
In RE we are exploring the Easter story and what it means to Christians. We discussed the themes of forgiveness; salvation and hope. We then created symbols of forgiveness, thinking about our own experiences and what the Bible teaches Christians about forgiving others and being forgiving. The children thought really carefully about their designs and took a lot of time to make them look fantastic.
