Good roots run deep

Today in the Horrible Histories Club we explored the myths surrounding Stonehenge and the people who built it. We looked at it's location, the landscape around the area and thought about how the Stone-Age people managed to move the rocks. We also used Google Earth to look at Stonehenge in detail. 

The children used clay to create their own representations of it, which proved to be more tricky than they expected! We are looking forward to seeing the finished models next week.
