Good roots run deep

This week we have been learning about nocturnal and diurnal animals. We read 'Owl Babies' and Oliver's Wood' and we talked about how some of the characters felt in the stories. The children wrote their thoughts in speech bubbles. The children also drew their own versions of the animals using pastels, paints and felt tip pens. The children were very good at sorting the night and day animals into two categories.
