Portraits in 1B

For our Topic work this half term we have been looking at a variety of portraits of Queen Elizabeth I and Queen Elizabeth II.
This week we have been learning how to draw our own portraits. Before we even started drawing we had to learn where to put the different facial features. We were taught a special trick to be able to this! Next we had a go at drawing a person, it was quite tricky to do as there were lots of things to remember. After that, we drew a portrait of our partner. If we were being drawn we had to sit very still for 10 minutes. This was probably the most difficult part of the whole lesson!
