Nursery’s First School Trip

The Nursery children had a wonderful time today on their very first school trip. We went to the Water and Steam Museum and really enjoyed it. We learnt about how water was pumped around London powered by steam engines. We learnt about some of the different boats on the river and how some used to be used to transport coal. We enjoyed the interactive exhibits including chances to hand pump water and dress up in old fashioned clothes.
