Merry Christmas from 6KL

Posted by Mrs Little on 17/12/20 at 09:39 PM

It has been a busy but lovely week in 6KL, preparing for Christmas and enjoying a range of festive activities and treats.

We had a fantastic class Christmas party where we played a distanced version of musical statues, pass the parcel, Christmas charades and a particularly popular game called 'terrible drawing' where the children were tasked with drawing a Christmas related image on their whiteboards- however, the whiteboards were balanced on their heads at the time! Thank you for the food and drink provided; it really makes the party seem more special and lavish!

We have also created personal place mats for the party and Christmas lunch as well as decorations for the classroom. Christmas lunch was enjoyed by the children and we all had a cracker to pull and a joke to share.

Later in the week we have made Christmas cards and took part in a Christmas quiz with a prize for the winning team. The children were very sensible (and also very competitive) and we had a brilliant week.

From all of us in 6KL we wish you a happy and safe Christmas and we will see you in 2021!
