Investigating weight in 3R

3R have had a very successful return and are enjoying being back together in school.
Today in Maths they have been investigating the difference between grams and kilograms, making estimates and weighing foods typically found at home.
They were very confident and enjoyed exploring the objects, especially when they found a difference between the weight on the packet and the weight shown on the scales.
We shall shortly move on to reading scales and finding the difference between two weights.
