Good roots run deep

As part of curriculum enrichment day, 3L ​were treated to a shadow puppet show. What an amazing experience that combined fun, with a science lesson about light and shadows. 

The children thoroughly enjoyed the show, before being shown how to make a variety of animals including a crab, spider and cat for themselves. The lovely and talented puppeteer. also held an interesting Q and A session. So if your child came home contorting their hands into weird and wonderful shapes or began playing with the lights or torches at home...you now know why!
