COVID Fundraising for India

Today we held a non-uniform day to raise funds for the Khalsa charity who are working with desperate families across India to find oxygen and provide health and welfare support. We have all been deeply troubled by the desperate scenes coming from India in the news in recent days. As ever, our families and staff responded very generously. A cheque for £880 and a further online donation of £10 was made out and sent to Khalsa Aid today. I am sure that this money will quickly help provide very much needed relief and support to families in India. In worship today we discussed and thought about the COVID crisis in India and prayed for the population of India and the wider area.
