Collective Worship during COVID
Collective worship is a vital part of our life here at St Paul’s. It is a time each day, when we come together to pause, reflect and learn about ourselves, our faith and others. It helps us to grow together spiritually. The COVID pandemic means that we are not allowed to come together in our church or school hall and so collective worship has had to adapt and change. In school, we come together virtually for live worship over Google Meet. Each class logs in and we worship together from our classrooms. Throughout this year our church clergy team have worked really hard to produce amazing worship videos, which are shown in every classroom at the same time that we would usually go to church. Class teachers also lead worship in their classrooms and in their year group bubbles.

Even though we cannot physically be together, technology has allowed us to come together and worship virtually. We anxiously await our return to being physically together when the time is right.
