1L have a blast from the past!

Yesterday's Florence Nightingale workshop was the culmination of a half term learning about the impact of both Nightingale and Mary Seacole on modern nursing and hospital care.
The children were fascinated to learn more about the life of Nightingale from the Lady of the Lamp herself. They particularly enjoyed re-enacting scenes from life in Victorian London and Scutari Hospital in Crimea.
