On Tuesday 19th May classes 3 and 4 visited the Wallace Collection in London. This was to support the work currently covered in topic lessons on the Tudors. The children had the opportunity to learn about the different armour worn during battle, try armour on, meet an artist who gave them some tips on drawing portraits and spend time studying different portraits and re-enacting them through dressing up. The children had an enjoyable day and learnt new information about the Tudors.
Thank you very much to all our parent helpers.
